Altman Warwick arranged a $30,000,000 permanent loan for the Prada building located at 2174-2176 Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu, Hawaii. The single-story retail building has over 5,840 sf of total leasable area. Kalakaua Avenue is a retail destination for millions of tourists from around the world and includes the most exclusive international luxury brands in the world. The 10 year loan was arranged at a 70% LTV representing an outstandingly high loan per square foot of over $5,000.
