The building is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Silicon Alley, one of Manhattan’s strongest and most dynamically transforming office submarkets and home to many of the leading technology and new-media companies. The 250,000 square foot building has been extensively modernized with dual-attended lobbies and direct fiber connections in every space. 915 Broadway represents one of the most prominent office and adult educational facility headquarters serving both entrepreneurs and corporate clients. The building boasts major tenants that include Ethan Allen in the retail space and General Assembly, Stanford University, Union Square Ventures, and The Simons Foundation as the anchor office tenants. Altman Warwick negotiated the 10-year loan with full term interest only with a prominent life insurance company.
