Altman Warwick arranged the $38,000,000 fixed interest rate loan for the Triangle Junction Shopping Center located at 2201 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The center is located in one of the most prime retail corridors in Brooklyn. Surrounded by City College and dense residential development, the subject benefits from tremendous pedestrian and vehicular traffic, direct subway access, and a 165,000 square foot parking facility. The 63,000 sf retail condominium is currently 100% occupied and anchored by HomeGoods, Applebee’s, Children’s Place, David’s Bridal, and shadow-anchored by Target. The non-recourse loan has a term of 10 years with an LTV of 65%.
