$20,250,000 Permanent Financing
Altman Warwick is pleased to announce the closing of two permanent loans totaling $20,250,000 secured by two self-storage facilities located at 45 Clinton Street 202 Tillary Street and in Downtown, Brooklyn. The former industrial buildings were originally built in the early 1900’s and repositioned by the borrower in the late 1990’s into state-of –the-art self-storage facilities containing a total of 2,300 units comprising 133,359 net rentable square feet. The high performing properties both have enjoyed high historical occupancy levels well in excess of industry standards. Altman Warwick placed the transaction with a major foreign-owned lending institution.
