Altman Warwick arranged a $15,000,000 fixed-rate permanent loan with a long interest-only period. The loan was secured by several contiguous commercial condominiums totaling 16,000 square feet located on Green and Prince Streets in the premier SoHo retail shopping district. Located on the corner of Green and Prince Streets, the tenants include Louis Vuitton, Monteblanc, Tumi, Wolford, & Calvin Klein.
