Altman Warwick closed a 10-year floating-rate loan on an 11,000 square foot ground & lower level commercial cooperative unit located at 547 Broadway in the Astor Place section of Greenwich Village. The building’s sole tenant, Clarks, has approximately 700 stores in England and 200-300 stores in the U.S. The loan features a superb spread of 150 bps over 30-day LIBOR with no floor.
